Influential Leadership
Learn to take the high road. Build trust, responsibility, and accountability.
Building Trust
One’s ability to lead others is determined by their capacity to attract willing and committed followers and to position themselves to influence others beyond any formal authority they may have. The #1 way to accomplish this is by building relationships based on trust.
One of the most powerful ways to build trust as a leader by is taking the “high road” of integrity, accountability and responsibility and by avoiding “low road” behaviors such as laying blame, criticizing and making excuses. In this course, we’ll discuss what it means to stay “above the line” vs. “below the line” as well as ways to generate good morale and a highly productive workplace environment.
